30-day money-back guarantee

On all paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@mailerspark.app within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to monthly and annual plans, including the Growth and Business annual prepay.

What happens after 30 days

After the 30-day window, we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months or partial years. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Free plan

The Free plan is free forever and doesn't involve any charges, so there's nothing to refund.

Email transport costs

Refunds cover MailerSpark subscription fees. They don't cover what you've paid your transport provider (Amazon SES, your SMTP service, etc.) — those are separate charges and outside our control.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
