Contact model

One contact record,
every channel.

Every contact has a first/last name, email, status, lead status, source, timezone, last engaged timestamp, and your custom fields. The same record shows up in newsletter recipients, cold outreach leads, automation enrollments, and API responses.

    Per-organization text fields. Surface in the builder, automations, merge tags, and the API.
  • Statuses
    Active, unsubscribed, bounced, complained. Lead status pipeline: active, contacted, replied, interested, not_interested, bounced, unsubscribed, paused.
  • Last engaged
    Auto-updated from opens, clicks, and replies across both newsletter and cold outreach.
