Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 500 contacts, 1,000 emails a month, the drag-and-drop builder, the contact CRM, and BYO SMTP/SES — forever, no credit card required.
Do I need to pay for emails?
MailerSpark does not charge per email. You connect your own Amazon SES account or any SMTP provider and pay them directly. SES is about $0.10 per 1,000 emails.
What does BYO SMTP / SES mean?
You connect your own email infrastructure — Amazon SES, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, your own SMTP relay, anything that speaks SMTP. MailerSpark handles the campaign management, automation, and analytics on top. You keep your sender reputation.
When does cold outreach unlock?
Cold outreach sequences, Unibox, AI reply classification, and proxy rotation are available on the Growth plan and above. Newsletters, automations, and the API are available from Starter.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, prorated. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. Email support@mailerspark.app within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund the full amount.
What about annual billing?
Annual billing is available at 20% off on Starter, Growth, and Business. Contact us for Enterprise annual pricing.
